HOW OSMO CONNECTORS WORK

Each OSMO is designed to run autonomously. It runs in the background converting the stored data created by your customer’s accounting system into a single unified form. The unified data is then delivered to your secure processing servers via our API. The service is white labelled and delivered from your web site.

STEP 1: YOUR CUSTOMER SETS UP THEIR OSMO

From your website a customer downloads the OSMO Connector designed for their accounting system.
The vast majority of OSMO's deployed use a fully automated self-service set up which is completed in minutes.
Where management accounts are requested additional set up steps may be required to map the customer's settings. These are then held in memory and used whenever the OSMO is subsequently triggered.

STEP 2: DATA EXTRACTED AND SENT TO YOU

Once deployed each OSMO operates as a secure conduit through which a one-off or daily-weekly-monthly extract of financial transactional information can flow automatically through to your systems.
Data received is then used to populate your services via REST, SOAP or bespoke APIs.

STEP 3: DATA OWNED AND UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER

Data collected from your customer is under your ownership and control, ensuring compliance with your data security and IT infrastructure requirements.
